    I was following along on Twitter and this was so awesome! When people couldn’t watch football, they were on their favorite social media site tweeting and commenting about what is going on!

      Samantha, Agreed it was pretty awesome – in fact it is making me rethink content strategy, and the stakeholders we bring to the table to discuss potential content for social channels. The future requires a team that is connected, in tune with current events, nimble, and not afraid to make quick decisions. Furthermore, I think social teams need to be comfortable with the occasional failure. Not every post will be a winner. That’s how you learn and optimize.
